TimeTable & Duty ("the App") is a staff scheduling tool used by school staff — teachers, administrators, and support staff — to manage duty coverage, personal timetables, and absence requests. It is not intended for use by students or other minors. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and who can see it.
The App is used by staff at schools that have signed up to use it. Each school's data is kept separate — staff at one school can never see another school's information.
Information is used only to operate the App for your school: showing you the right timetable and duty assignments, routing absence requests to the right approvers, and sending you relevant notifications. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging), a cloud infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to authenticated staff at your own school, plus the App's administrator for technical support and account management.
Your name, role, and schedule are visible to other staff at your own school, as needed for the App's normal operation (e.g. seeing who's covering a duty). Absence request details are visible only to your school's administrators and HR staff. No one outside your school can see your information.
Your account and associated data are kept for as long as you remain a user of the App. Your school's administrator or HR staff can remove your account at any time, which deletes your profile and sign-in access. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
The App is intended for use by adult school staff only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
